Get those hearts and legs in gear this Valentines season for the Cupid Shuffle 5k and 1 mile Kids’ Fun Run!
The Fitness Center will be hosting this event on February 11th – the kids will run first at 0900, with the 5k beginning after they finish. The 1st place male, female, and child runners will each receive a loaded Valentines Gift Basket! Valentines gift cups will be given to all attendees, and we’ll have fruit and granola bars available for a snack.
Nothing’s better for the heart than some good old-fashioned cardio!
