The Blaze Commons

The Blaze Commons is a multi-purpose building across the street from the Wing Headquarters next to the Base Chapel. Below are some of the activities:

Coffee House on 5th

Named after it's parent company in downtown Columbus, the Coffee House on 5th offers a full selection including coffee, tea, expresso, specialty drinks, smoothies, ice cream, and more.

The Library

The CAFB Library has a full range of print and digital books. The host weekly events to encourage reading including StoryTime every Tuesday.

Free WiFi

The Commons has free WiFi. Ask the library for the password.

Lounge Area

The lounge area is a place to read, have a casual meeting, or just hangout with your friends. The Library host some events in the open area from time to time. It is available as long as the coffee shop is open.

Computer Lab

The Library manages the computer lab. There are several CAC enabled computers for use. Ask the Library for assistance.

Conference Room

There is a conference room available for use on first come first serve basis. It can be reserved by contacting the Library or FSS Marketing. It has a conference table and a television that can be used for presentations.

The PrintShop

The PrintShop is located on the opposite end of the Commons from the coffee house. Cockpit posters, manuals, copies, laminated signs, are just a few of the services the PrintShop offers.

FSS Marketing

FSS Marketing publicizes all of the activities and events by any of the Force Support Squadron facilities. Be sure to follow on social media @14FSScolumbus

School Liaison Office

The School Liaison connects schools, families and the Columbus Air Force Base community together in meeting the educational needs of the children for all personnel assigned to Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi.
